Buffer Spine

Buffer Spine (W5)

The buffer spine is the acoustic separation wall between the west zone (VO Live + Control) and the east zone (Studio + Editing). It is the only permitted HVAC duct routing path between zones and serves as the circulation corridor via D2 and D4.

Traffic Flow

Circulation & Access Sequence

Outside → D1 (STC 50) → Editing Suite ↔ D4 (STC 48) → Video Studio ↓ D2 (STC 45) → Control Room ↔ D3 (STC 45) → VO Live

D1 is the only entry/exit point. The buffer spine (W5, STC 55) separates west and east zones. D2+D3 create an acoustic airlock for the Control–VO Live path.
